Quarto Unknown Enemy Mar 29, 2003 #4 X: Beyond the Frontier was one of the several space-sims that came out just before everybody decided space-sims are dead. I've never played it myself, but apparently it's far from perfect. X-2: The Threat is the sequel, I would assume.
