The results were improvements to support for older versions of DirectX, as well as further improvements to 2D/3D intermixing paths. While this work is not in the WineX 3.1 release, it will be in any subsequent releases once it stabilizes.

for those opf you who don't know, winex is a commercial version of wine, an emulator that allows windows software to run in linux, winex focuses primarily on game support.
