wing commander 4 will not install and 5 skips during movies. i just got a new pc, is their a way to fix this?

What exactly is going wrong when you try to install Wing Commander IV?
By the way, it often takes a day or two before people notice some threads. You can't get impatient after five minutes.

WW is right.You are all making the same Question about Prophecy....
GO TO DXDIAG.Disable sound acceleration.If you got XP,try the compatimpilities too.Thats it for Prophecy.
For Wc4 what do you mean it doesnt install ?If it doesnt play,crushes cause of your SoundCard in windows mode,try the Win95 patch.You can find it in the www.wcnews.com Files section.
