If I memory serves me right (I just had a thought of Iron Chef and the chairman chomping on a bell pepper), the Kilrathi wiped out the Hari. The Mantu were also xenophobic and hid from everyone, as I recall. And the Firekkans don't go out in space much either. The Mopoks are like Ewoks, with no space travel. Miss anything?
