Hey, how about privateer 2: the darkening, or how about making Privateer into multiplayer? Is it within the realm of possibility?

How about internet? 1 Big online space game, trade with other players, hunters can protect the merchants, pirates attack every one but are a free for all target. NPC' s do the confeds.
Combine servers in a beowolf/openmosix cluster spreading all over the internet.....

wWhat's next? well i bet it's Privateer Remake version 2.0 with high quality backgrounds, reworked voices and enchanced ships and textures + alot of balansing and bug fixing . I guess that's the main aim of a team (although i'm just a simple contributer)
