Or whatever the treaty was called that ended the Kilrathi war. What kind of warships and fighters were they limited to? Were they allowed carriers?
How much time passed between WC4 and Prophecy?

they were required to dismantle all of their warships, pull out of the Torgo system in 6 months, though that was later extended to indefinatly, and that's all i know. and since WC4 was in '73 and Prophecy was in '81, the time btwn the two would be about 8 yrs.

Melek had at least one corvette, a few transports, and som darlthis and vaktoths. So there ought to be stipulations for self defense forces, shouldn't there?
Of course if there isn't it would serve my story purposes just as well, maybe better.

The Fralthi II wreck in WC: (and the comment "This is what a concentrated plasma burst can do to a *fleet*) suggests the Kilrathi still have some war fighting capability around WC. The Assembly of Clans also has as many systems as Confed.
