What happened to Locke's site?

Does anyone know what happened to Locke's workshop?

I'm after the sosim patch, to put a simulator in Secret Ops.
 
I can't FTP blacklance.org for some reason right now, so I can't check what's up with that right now. It's not a particularly good sign... That is, however, the current location of his site. It may just be down temporarily. The oddity is that that's the page that's created for new users on blacklance.org... Locke isn't a new user. So either the index has been renamed, or replaced, or something happened to his account and they had to recreate it or reset it.

I know thats his site, I've been there before. However I recently went there and couldn't find anything.

Its been like that for some days now.

Hence the original question, I thought it might have moved or something.
