WCP SO install error

I tried installing prophecy gold edition on my PC which is running Vista and WCP installs and runs fine but SO keeps having an error on installation. I don’t know what the exact error message is, missing a file or something along those lines. Is there a special procedure for installing on vista?

I am running 32 vista.
 
Please look up the exact error description, it would be helpful.

In general, the two things to look out for if installing WCSO on Vista seem to be to set the installer to campatibility mode (WCP/SO is a Win95 game), and to turn off User Access Control. Other issues seem the the *.tre files do not unpack correctly and need to be unpacked manually.
