WCP prophecy.exe error

windows 2000 pro , geforce 6800gt , audigy 2 value getting prophecy.exe error

i have all those files in the folder and they match the size on the 3 disks.
when i click on play or choose video card and screen goes black for a second then get error box. prophecy.exe has genereted errors program must be restarted. it

Have you actually done the manual installation? For whatever reason, regular installations may not be setting the registry correctly, but copying those files over and applying the Manual Max Install registry patch we have in the Files section should fix that. Applying the Windows 2000 compatibility mode may be necessary to use the launcher, and our special Windows 2000 patch is necessary to play the game.
