How do I rip the movies from WC3 PSX game, they are in a file format called .LIB, but I saw that someone ripped scenes from PSX game in the "files" section.

How do I rip the movies?
 
This isn't really a tech support question. If you have general Wing Commander questions, you should register and post to the general zone. I believe most console WC videos are played out from a regular console and imported from a video-in source on a PC.
