Is it possible to import the academy weapons into WC2 or the SOs?

Doubtful, but possible. There would, naturally, be many problems.
First of all, the weapon stats are most likely sitting in the exe file somewhere, and nobody has thus far figured out where they are.
Secondly, since they're in the exe file (not necessarily, of course, but it's the most likely spot for 'em), adding new weapons would be impossible. But you could replace old ones.
And finally, there's the problem of graphics. These *could* be converted - in theory. Unfortunately, Academy seems to use a different compression technique than WC 2. I don't know if WC2 would accept that (it might). All I know is that WCNAV refuses to find anything in Academy files.
