Where are What?
Some of Blair taunts in WC4 were like:
'Can't fly, must die!'
'You're going home in a box!'
While Casey's taunts among them were:
'Eat this, insect!'
'Are you man enough for me, huh? Are you a man enough for me?'
'If you want to face a warrior, try me!'
If you want to know the location of the files... the wav... well... it'll be a heck of a work to extract them.

Speaking of the WCIV stratagy guide (I really sucked before I discovered rokkie level 
), it lists all the insults, so I thought I'd post 'em here. If only I could find it. 
Oh well, here are the ones I remember (and that I saw posted here )
You're going home in a box buddy!
What are you? An acadamy dropout?
Jeez. At least pretend you know how to fly!
You call that flying!?
Better put in for your pension! (this one goes with the above, of course...it was just listed like that in the guide)

I liked the pirate's reactions - they'd just howl, and scream (when I blew them up).
BTW, that "Can't fly-must die!" I think you're thinking of Maniac (that was listed in the guide, I think, though I never heard it). Just for the hell of it, I'll add in his other, erm, statements:
"Chalk up another for the Maniac!" (I heard this one a awful lot )
"Turn me loose, Colonal, this is what I live for!"
"Ready to strut my stuff"
"Not bad - for a dinosaur!"
"Put it this way - the chief tech's gonna be pissed"
"What are you, my mother?"
"I'm popping the top, Colonal" (I also heard this one more than once )
And I remember at least one Confed taunt:
"You Border Worlder lowlife"
