WC II Deluxe Edition

I recently purchased a version of WC II: DE from an online source. My computer which was kindof top of the line for 1996, can run the original Privateer has a version of MS-DOS(though I am not sure which one) and can run later games like WC III and WC IV. Do you guys from your experience think it will run well, since I heard for many people it might sometimes go too fast for a more advanced PC, or should I get my money back? And if it doesn't run as well could you recommend some software to help me (since I don't want to shell out $200 for the Kilrathi Saga considering I have most of the games anyway) Thanks soooo much!

WC2 is frame limited. It will run fine, even within Windows 9x.

The only snag is that the story sequences will run at hyper-speed.

And that problem can easily be solved by moslo (albeit you will never get complete lip sync)

Download DOSBox. I remember seeing it posted on the main page of the CIC.
