WC I WORKS (well sorta...)

Well... I was goofin around yesterday when I was surfing the web when I saw a downloadable demo for WC I. Yea... a demo. But I still gave it a laugh and was like, i'll download it, its just under a meg. So I did. Then i was like, well ain't gonna run prolly, but I'll give it a shot. Be aware I'm running this on my other computer (P4 2.2 ghz with windows xp os). I go into command prompt and I type in wing to execute it. I get an error message:

Loading WING COMMANDER demo. Please wait...
Expanded memory not detected. Running minimun demo.


IT RUNS! Really freakin fast i must say.. but it runs... I can't seem to play it though :/ It just loops over and over from the introduction. I hit escape to goto the menu but it exists the game. But I just found it interesting that it worked. I had no sound for it though. Here is the link if you wanna download the demo. I'll see about messing around with it some more....
