Open a dos window and run them?

it wont let me finish install just stops for wcII and thats the one i want

nothing at the point it just stops is where it slect sinstall from i cannot slect my cd drive which is D:
i can bring it up in dos prompt but unable to select drive PLZ HELP!!!!!
