Unable to load FX drivers (number 2)

Sorry to come up with the same problem, but taking a look at the last thread (Unable to load FX drivers) did me absolutely no good. There wasn't really any resolution to the problem posted. When I try to run wc2.exe in DOS (I run Win98, but I restart to DOS), it says Unable to load FX drivers. Below are my dosstart.bat, autoexec.bat, and config.sys. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What might help is going to the files section of this site, and downloading the FX file down there. I don't know if it's the same file I'm thinking of, but it might work...

No, that file's for the screen saver. This error means that the game can't see the CD, if I'm not mistaken (and I might be). I suggest copying the entire game to your hard drive.
