TRE files for Secret Ops

How can I see the contents of Secret Ops' TRE files, please? I know I've seen notes about software for the purpose, but I've seen no links. Could anyone help me out with finding the program, please?

What you're looking for in this particular case is a utility called Treman, which I believe is HCl's work.
