Things you'd like to see in Star Citizen

I'd submit that the next CIC poll (or at least one that happens some time prior to the release of Squadron 42) involves naming the Wingnut flagship...who wants to toss out suggestions on that one?

This, of course, assumes that at some point the CIC picks up a ship - not necessarily a foregone conclusion on that one.

TCS Eisen seems like the appropriate choice.

I'm in favor of naming said ship in honor of any of the people who helped create the universe.

not gonna be a popular opinion but im hoping for some dlc campaigns later down the road similar to secret missions and special operations. Don't get me wrong im sure the squadron 42 is gonna be sweet but i'm hoping the military side of things gets its proper treatment and is expanded on instead of relying solely on the privateer/freelancer sandbox style for longetivity. I just dont want it to be like EVE. more power to you if you love that game, its not for me.

It's already been established that players will be able to control destroyer/frigate level ships... so if you imagine a Carrier & it's escorts, y'know, the CIC Fleet? Whats that in Roman numerals? 199? So, the One-Hundreth & Ninety Ninth UEE Fleet?

Pushing that metaphor along nicely. Ha. (And yes, I realise thats not a real roman numeral combination...)

Think we'd already had a conversation about what to name the Carrier, the surname of a Wingnut past... I have embarrassingly forgotten who that was.

I like TCS Eisen, although we've heard it before - I guess Origin were making a posthumous nod to Bernard when Prophecy was being designed. That's no reason another ship can't be called the same though.

I also like TCS Steed, not sure if that's already been suggested.

UEES Paul Steed is the name of the Bengal you see in the Squadron 42 promo videos, so I'm pretty sure that one's been taken.

UEES Forstchen, perhaps? Arguably the good doctor did set more in stone about the WC universe than any other single writer. Just a thought.

I'd prefer not to name the CIC's ship after a guy who couldn't keep his characters straight and fed us the same story a few times...

Could be a naming convention based on Commanders past... Eisen, Devereux, Halcyon... whoever gave the briefings.

Or just long running characters? Blair, Devereux, Marshall, Eisen, Tolwyn, Taggart...

Should create a list and do a poll!

It was someone from this community who passed away recently.

Catscratch? Pish! He misses when it really matters.

Tiger's claw would be nice. For a carrier that's like a meeting point or base of operations for wingnuts.

1) I want new jump points (wormholes) and systems discovery and exploration to be really well thought out and implemented in game. I want to be able to fly anywhere in the system and A-key to be used only when I want to save time (plotting the course to my navigation computer). I want an entrance/jump to the undiscovered system(s) to be really challenging to be found. I want also jumping itself (at least the pioneer one) to be a challenge (player skill at maneuvering through some corridor or something) not a simple animation or loading screen
Both starlancer and wing commander(prophecy) feature artificially created points/passage ways.
