I downloaded and installed the Windows version of this Vega Strike mod, and I noticed that whoever put the installer together hid the GPL license agreement file (license.txt) in the \units\demon subdirectory. The GPL license agreement should go with the README and other important text files. I do see that the GPL license contents are included in the README file as well, but there are no instructions or links for obtaining the source code in the README as the GPL specifies to go along with the license itself.

So, how do users obtain the source code to this game for each of the OS platforms? Is there a CVS, and if so, what is the login info?
 
you can also just check out cvs head of vegastrike... since this mod uses my engine's source code exactly--it's easy to share innovation and progress
