The Secret Missions, Wing Commander 2, 3, 4, Prophecy, the Academy tv show and novels all show Kilrathi and humans working together. You could be friendly with the Kilrathi in Priavteer too.

Oh yeah somehow I kindo forgot those although Unknown Enemy is the first Wing Commander game i've played where u can fly with extensive support from Kilrathi in several missions.
