BTW, when I go to your web site (using http://standoff.unitedforcesofseed.com) I can only see the logo and I can't go further. Is that normal ??
I just went there and use able to view everything just fine with both IE6 and Netscape 4.79. Now I am always updating my drivers including Java J2SE v 1.4. You can get the most current java update here http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/download.html

You'll want to get the JRE version.

Microsoft doesn't support Java anymore so you'll need to do it yourself.

So I will try to download it.
I've got Ie 5 sp2 & Netscape 6.01 running JRE 1.3 .
In fact that's weird because when I go to the first page, I only see the logo on a black background. But I can view the source of the page and read the text that sould be displayed but is not !

I tried Netscape 6.01 but found I couldn't view/open a lot of sites. I use Netscape as my default mail/browser but there a sites which IE6 works better on.

That's really strange, Sadic.
My website was made in Wordpad and tested in Netscape 4.71... so it should work with just about any browser.

Does the same happen when you use the http://standoff.wingcenter.de/ address? Because apart from this redirectioning scheme, everything else was done by me, in Wordpad... There's no java, no javascript, no applets, no cgi, no asp, no advertisements, etc, etc, etc... so there really shouldn't be any problems.

BTW, Does anyone else get this kind of problem?

Well I really don't know what it could be.
I think this problem has to do with my windows, because I have the same problem using 2 different browsers. But if your page is only pure html, I don't see how my system can not be compatible...
It is the first time it happens !

It tryied on the computer of my roomate (ie 6.0 and xp), and there is no problem. So I will use his computer to browse your site.

It could be interesting to know if other people have the same problem.
BTW, I could perfectly see the images, hosted on your site using the link posted few messages ago.

NN6.0 and 6.01 were quite buggy. NN6.1 was much better, and the current 6.2.1 is infinitely better than the previous point versions.
