Starlancer Problem in W2003 Server

Hi !

I have a problem with starlancer & I need some help !

I have installed windows 2003 & configured as workstation, I wanto to play Starlancer but when I try to run it, a message says : REQUIRES DIRECT7 to RUN

I have directx 9.0c and the latest Omega drivers for my ATI 9600.

somebody can hel me ? thanks in advance !!

Are display acceleration and direct3d enabled (just installing DirectX does not do this)? If they are, does it pass the direct3d tests in dxdiag?

Remember, Server 2003 was never, ever designed to be anything other than a server. The game just may not work. Starlancer barely worked in Windows 2000, let alone anything newer.

I believe that the problem is the tweaked drivers nd the sp1 for win2003, because every games don´t run , I has installed win2003 server in the past aka workstation & I play games , without sp1 the games run nice ...

but , I have installed win xp sp2 , problems to the trash
