Standoff in Windows 2000

LeHah is your sound acceleration turned all the way off?

Having any form of hardware acceleration on your audio will cause major problems in Windows 2000 in Secret Ops
 
I'll double check that when I get home. I don't think Ill be much use with a pulled groin.

I really have no ideas past this as of yet. As it is my Secret Ops and its mods can act pretty weird as it is, even with all these past things done. Sometimes it will work perfectly for a stretch and sometimes it will crash pretty often and drive me crazy.

Short of trying a different version of Windows all I can say is what I keep doing... and that's just reloading the game after it crashes and hope I can at least make it through this next mission before the next time it crashes.
 
although it may be unpopular ive found that the game gains a little stability if you turn off all inflight comms
