SNES Wing Commander

Can someone please tell me if their is any different in missions/gamplay between these SNES versons of Wing Commander.

Region - PAL/Europe (General)
Region - PAL/Germany
Region - NTSC/Japan
Region - NTSC/United States

A friend is selling them, Is it worth buying all of them?
 
No difference in the games thesmelves, save for the language (SNES WC was translated to English, German and Japanese) and the video format (NTSC vs PAL).

IMHO, the Japanese one is worth having (in addition to a 'regular' version) because it has a very cool new manual and a box with a completely new piece of Wing Commander atwork.
