Sleipnir ships

I was working on designing a cruise ship design for Echo War but it was getting to be a pain in the ass.
The design history was that it was a converted freighter with 200 staterooms and the capacity to support around 2,000 passengers, not counting the crew. It was going to have room for the usual recreational facilities as well as a shuttle bay large enough to carry all of the passengers down to a planet and back.
I was having a lot of trouble designing something from scratch, but I was having trouble making it look sufficiently "old" and distancing it from the ship designs from my original Sci-Fi series. So I decided to maybe adapt an existing design to the story.
I was thinking the Drayman might be too small. Then I seemed to recall a reference to a Sleipnir convoy in SM1, I remember because I searched around for the meaning of the name and found that it was the name of Zeus' eight legged horse. Since I can't Kilrathi Saga to work with XP I can't verify this.
I haven't been able to find any reference or pictures of a Sleipnir class ship so I'm wondering if it was merely the name of a convoy task force, or even a singular ship.
Then again maybe I'll just make the cruise ship out of an old Ranger.

I had some problems getting Kilrathi Saga to work in XP initially, but it's fairly simple with a bit of trial and error. Apologies if you've already tried this, but if you haven't, it should clear up your problems.

Right-click on the .exe icon that'll launch the game you want to play (don't use the Kilrathi Saga menu, actually open the folder and use the .exe icons to start the games) and go to "Properties". Under one of the tabs (sorry, don't have XP here at work and I forget the name of the tab) you'll have an option for "Compatibility Mode". Check that box and then select the OS. You should have options for Windows 95, 98/ME, 2000, and NT. What works for one game won't work for them all; I had to run WC under one OS compatibility and the Secret Missions under another. All the WC-2 games worked under the same OS.

If the game doesn't load, locks your system, loads but moves your cursor all the way to one side, or loads to the intro screen and then kicks you back out, pick another OS. One of 'em oughta work. Hope that helps!

I've tried all the compatibility settings and it still crashes on a regular basis, I can get by a mission here and there before it has problems. I'm also using a hand me down Compaq with an AMD K6II 380 Mhz chip.
Although, I do have WC1 and SM1 in SNES roms, and I finally found the disk with that on it.
And thanks to LOAF for the info.:)

One thing you might try is to increase the size of a Privateer Drayman. They are relatively solid (so no funny huge external parts when you up the size) and for some reason it was the first thing that came to mind when I heard converted freighter/cruise ship. Hell, even a Paradigm looks like what you need.

Well the Drayman always looked modular to me... Drayman and Dilligent were just variants of the same frame, right? What's to say there isn't another thing You can snap onto it? Or maybe both containers at once, or something like that...
