It's probably cheaper to build it from scrach. The bunker looks nice. I saw a few of them on TV like 3 years ago. I think they were old nuclear missile silo in the middle of nowhere in Nevada, but the people bought it for 10000$. One of them was even filled with water and used for diving.
 
Okay.... Definitely not in my budget, but it'd be cool to have. Hey, why doesn't the CIC start a fundraising effort and buy it. That way the Wing Commander legacy will survive the next world war. :)
