I know i wanna know how to fix it

I told you how to fix it. Using WCPedit, go to guns, select the gun unknown/acceleration chamber, then make sure the charging time is set to zero, lastly, insert your neew gun into the ship of choice and add ammo.

That's not as easy. You'd only need to upload two or three files, but I don't have them handy. For now, you'd have to make due with an Acceleration Chamber. Besides, to make it them same weapon, you need to adjust the stats.
