scoreboard didnt update

i finished the kilrathi gauntlet, got the message "mission accomplished" waited afew seconds & the sim ended. but my new higher score wasnt updated

This problem has been solved with a temporary patch. See this post in this thread to get and install the patch.

We never got any more bad score submission from people who have installed the patch.

Like the scoreboard index page says, the stats are updated every five minutes. You probably didn't wait long enough before checking. If it's not there now, it's possible that your internet connection stalled as the game tried to submit the score.

There was a score recorded for you at 2:21 GMT, so it's probably as Hades says.

thats my old score 4110, it didnt update my new score 4680
ive got the patch now so il have to try again

Yes, your 4680 score was victimized by the bug. Try the temporary patch and it should fix it. We'll be releasing an official patch that also fixes a campaign-related issue and hopefully brings some more competition to the sim soon.
