Running WC I and II

I played WC I long time ago with my 386. Now though it runs way too fast. I tried a utility to slow it down which it did but not enough and it took alot of guessing how far to slow it down. Is there an easier way to play WC I without having to buy WCKS?

Works for wc1 for me, not sure if it works on wc2 though, the site says it doesnt... yet. It will at one point, though. And the speed issues work just fine ;)
