There are two Deluxe Editions of Privateer 2 -- a DOS deluxe edition which was released in 1996... it was the same as the regular Privateer 2, except that it came with various extras (cloth patch, hint book, etc) and that it came in a large (U9
E style) box. Good luck finding it, though, as mixup meant that only a few were sold via EA-Direct.
The second, far more common, Deluxe Edition is the Windows 95 version of Privateer 2 -- it runs in Win95 natively with no adjustments required.
