Random mission in wc3

Not sure what you mean by random (since WC3 isn't an open universe game, i.e. Freelancer). If you meant missions not from the original game, there are three missions available for download here.

Not entirely sure :p Probably a readme or two floating around in the files you downloaded, though, that would explain what to do.
