The morning star wouldn't be too hard, its hull has a lot in common with a mig-25. And I agree a flying hornet would only need slight modification to work. And I noticed your ignoring a huge section of simple yet flyable ships.....Gratha, Jalthi, Dralthi IV and even the WC3 Strakha (altough landing that would be an intense pain in the arse)
