Question about Maniac Soundpack (WC4)

I'm sure this question has been answered many times before, but, prepared to hear it again :D

I downloaded the Maniac sound pack, and was disappointed that "Chalk up another for the Man-i-ac!" wasn't included. Any reason why they didn't include it? Is that sound available anywhere else?
 
I'm sure it can be ripped.

(As for why it wasn't included, you'd have to ask Richard from PR... in 1996...)
 
Nope, it was WC4. Maniac would say "Chalk up another for the Man-i-ac!" and "Just smoked another one, man I'm good!"
 
Use Game Audio Player, or use HCl's TRE Manager and open file as RAW sounds. I'm sure I've listed Maniac plenty of times in my index.
