Protect the Paradigm? How?

First off, very excellent remake. Brilliant really.

My trouble comes in the Kaylee? Kayla? mission in Blockage Point Alpha where you must protect the Paradigm from an unknown hostile. Turns out fighting off the first 5 or 6 stilettos is no problem, but since the paradigm has no turret defenses working in this mission, what the heck am I supposed to do about the other 15????? stilettos that come my way. They're way faster than my centurion is... I'm kinda stuck on this so any help would be appreciated.

Maybe a maxed out demon, with the second level of engine enhancements. The enhancements make the demon faster than a stock stiletto. I assume you have autotracking as well. If not, definitely buy them.
