Prophecy Game Strategy

Hmm, always wanted to know how Meron(?) died during Spirit's suicide run.

In fact, Spirit seemed intent on going kamikaze before the mission, could it be that she was the one responsible for killing her gunner so she could make her run?

IIRC, a blast from the space station's defensive turrets hit the fighter and killed her turret gunner - kind of similar to what happened to Dak (Luke's gunner) in ESB.
As for going kamikaze... While her emotional condition might have made her more reckless than normal, I don't think a conscious decision to suicide entered into the picture until after her gunner died.

<Smacks head> D'oh!

Of course, the bit about "Spirit was easy..." in his explanation to Blair.

Oh, well, that's something entirely different -- they cut a lot of scenes out of WC2 so it wouldn't get an XXX rating <G>

That's... dis... gusting.

I never would have thought of that, Spirit's like a sister! Of course, this is the shameful and disgusting mind of LOAF, isn't it? :)

Ehehehehehe... LOAF humour strikes again :D, but Wedge's mind is just too pure to understand it... :)

The freaky thing is that a Swedish porn site keeps pooping up every time I read that <G>

Knowing what's in your head (or not knowing, rather), I'm not surprised you see things like that "pooping" up. :)

Just realised something: good thing they cut out the bit where Jazz only had Blair, Angel, Paladin and Maniac to go...

Anyway, remind me again what was Jazz's explanation for his treachery? He blames Blair and the Tiger's Claw for failing to protect his brother from the Kilrathi, then he goes and joins the very beings who were responsible for his brother's death in the first place! That bit about Jazz boasting to Minx of how he's been serving the Kilrathi for over ten years and even been awarded a medal(!) by Thrakhath also doesn't make sense to me.

As I see it, Jazz hated the Tiger's Claw for allowing the destruction of Goddard Colony. He likely joined up with the Kilrathi because doing so would ensure that they would harm no more of his family and friends--if he is a valuable agent of theirs, then it is in their interests to keep his family alive so that he will not turn against them, since Jazz double-crossing the Kilrathi would result in their losing a valuable agent at best (him), and in their being compromised and sabotaged at worst. Also, being on the side of the Kilrathi made his revenge easier.

No one will ever know what's in my head :p

And that's a good thing. :)

Current Thread Topic: Jazz hated everyone because the Tiger's Claw allowed Goddard Colony to be destroyed [See SM1] (per his view)..

Hmm, we should mention the troopships -- apparently the Tiger's Claw detoured on its trip to Goddard to whack some enemy troopships... Jazz gives this as the reason Goddard wasn't saved.

We all like to think of LOAF as having a deft wit and diseased mind...
