Privateer Quotes Merchandise At CafePress

This kind of thing was annoying when JMS was doing it with Babylon 5 quotes... and he was at least the guy who wrote them in the first place.

It's funny to see how 'Burrows' has penetrated the Privateer player consciousness, at least. You select your own name in the game, that one is never used... or mentioned anywhere but a 1992 press release announcing that Origin is developing 'Trade Commander'. Everyone knows it today because we made a big deal about it when we discovered a copy some years back (and then went on to use it on his wanter poster in Arena).
 
By the by, Chris and I were talking about doing some new CIC shirts--if anyone has any neat ideas, now is the time.

(Seemingly random quotes from games pasted into Cafepress do not count as an idea.)
 
(Also, while I love the idea that maybe there's a secret group of people who love Privateer in a special way somewhere, this is almost certainly just some Vega Strike weirdo doing something Vega Strike weird.)
