Privateer memory issue in DOS

I know this game sucked up a lot of memory, but I have 607K free. It spouts off about memory and gives Error Code: EA01-FFFF. I've tried most things already. Any ideas?

Is it possible that your EMM386 line (config.sys) has NOEMS as parameter?
 
No that wasn't it. I took out the extra 16 MB of RAM I had (had 32 to start) and now it runs fine. Don't know what it didn't like about 32 MB RAM, but oh well.
 
Privateer just doesn´t like more than 16MB Ram. Go figure.
