Privateer and lockups.

I have a 486 100 that I use to play Privateer and Privateer 2.. it has 22 mgs of RAM and a SB16. I use a boot disc on the machine. It worked for about two nights and then both games started to lockup.. Privateer much more so than Privateer 2. Now the lockups happen so often with both games, they are unplayable.

Boot Disc:

Config.sys

DEVICEHIGH=C:\WINDOWS\HIMEM.SYS
DEVICEHIGH=C:\WINDOWS\EMM386.EXE 16384 D=64 FRAME =E000 /I=B000-B7FF RAM
DOS=HIGH
DOS=UMB
STACKS=18,256
FILESHIGH=25
BUFFERSHIGH=25
DEVICEHIGH=C:\TEAC\TEAC_CDI.SYS /D:TEAC-CD
SHELL=C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND.COM /P
LASTDRIVE=F

Autoexec.bat

IF ERRORLEVEL 1 PAUSE
ECHO=OFF
SET PATH=C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND;
SET TMP=C:\WINDOWS\TEMP
SET TEMP=C:\WINDOWS\TEMP
SET PROMPT=$P$G
SET BLASTER=A220 I5 D1 H5 P330 T6 J200
LH C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\MSCDEX.COM /D:TEAC-CD
SET COMSPEC=A:\COMMAND.COM
LH C:\MOUSE.COM

Also, in messing with the disc, trying to get to work, somehow I lost 30 mgs of RAM.. any suggestions would be appreciated. ).

And the joystick calibration is impossible.. I must have done it 25-30 times and it still is horrible. Again, suggestions please.

Thanks.
