Hey Guys,
i managed to run P2 under VDMSound, but there is no way to use my mouse proberly. when i touch the mouse it moves about one or two inches to the bottom and then hangs until i enter a new screen ( e.g. by loading a savegame or hitting esc ). in the new screen i am able to do this again and the mouse does the same. when i install general DOS mouse drivers i managed the mouse to work, but the game chrashes everytime i start the spaceflight. i tried it with an intelli PS2 wheel mouse with COM - adapter and with an old logitech one ( also PS2 with com adapter ). i have to connect the mouse to com1 or 2, otherwise ( PS2 ) it doesn't work at all. i tried 3 differnet mouse driver but the game chrashes with all of the three.
my machine:
PIII 800 MHz
256 MB RAM
Windows 2000 Professional
40 GB IBM HDD
