Privateer 1 for Win 95 or 98

How do I get Privateer 1 to work for Win 95, 98.
Here is autoexec.bat:

Could you also post the contents of your DOSSTART.BAT? You'll find that file in your C:\Windows directory.
 
Sound Cards are fairly easy normally (as most have a SB emulating mode.) Actually CD-ROMs seem to be harder and it doesn't even matter if you have a mouse (IMHO)

You don't need a CD-ROM for Privateer either.. just copy the CD to the hard drive in Windows.
