LeHah, you are unfortunatly wrong about the shirt issue becuase students are under the control of the school and they do not have their rights, its the same way the school can penalize you for using profanity, children especially in a school do not have the same amount of rights as normal citizens, if any rights at all.

Common misconception, Napoleon. The only reason its the way you say it is because no one knows enough that they can fight it. They do have rights, unless it's a private school or institution who reserve the rights to toss someone out if they break contract.
