There's a number of information about systems in the WC Creator's Bible (which isn't part of the canon) and the novel Pilgrim Stars (which is). PS only references one system, though.
As for the rest, aside from Gemini Sector there's only bits and pieces of various stuff from throughtout the games and novels.

Long story short, it's a reference created for future WC writers (whether scripts, novels, or other writings). However, while it is a reference, unless the data in it is actually included in a product, for our purposes it's, at best, a "what could've been" thing, not canon (as in official history).
