Define Original Wing Commander RPG. There are a host of RPG's which all claim to be the original. It's almost impossible to know who was first anymore-- but there were a few to come along that claimed originality when they in-fact came years after the first.
The first I can remember on a large scale was the Aces RPG, which split off into WCRPG and its other respective RPG. Though I can't remember a very formal or useful character sheet for these that couldn't be done on a .txt file.
