I'm guessing that's the WingIV Remaster Demo

Can I ask what your graphics card is?

What this debug is saying is that the vulkan implementation on your graphics card isn't returning a queue with the VK_QUEUE_TRANSFER_BIT set - that's ok according to the spec because graphics and compute queues implicitly support them regardless so I just need to make some changes and fix it for the next version.

Could you do me a favour and download:

Download - Vulkan Hardware Database by Sascha Willems

vulkan.gpuinfo.org

And take a screenshot from the queue family page.
