Does it look similar, yeah but to call it a rip-off is a bit excessive. You think that the Tiamat isn't guilty of having that bullshit mid-90s pesudo-organic, post-"First Contact" Borg look? Organic looking ships have been around for a long, long time. Hell, Damon Knight wrote an entire damned book about one in the late-60s/early-70s.
