I checked out the Ascendant site yesterday and from what I read Ascendant and PNR ar separate companies with a commercial alliance. Apparently Ascendant, which Chris Roberts seems to have a hand in, will produce the TV serieses and movies while PNR will handle distribution of the game tie ins, and multimedia.
