Making the Game: Mission A4 (March 6, 2009)

This is the final cut 'A series' mission; it's worth noting that these were removed from the game concept very early on - there's no stray code floating around anywhere. Never the less, it would be interesting to see what some of the capable fan projects might be able to make out of the specifications put forth in these documents.

These updates are thanks to John "Captain Johnny" Guentzel, who provided several CD image archives of material used by the Wing Commander Prophecy development team!

I like this introductory missions very much. I always thought WCP went into the thick of the story all too quickly.

For those of us who are long-time fans, it might seem that way, but for the rest of the gaming audience, having a long drawn-out wait before the 'real' action begins is probably not something that would be well received.

Also, it could very well have been cut due to budgetary reasons...
