Lucid dreaming

That is the tricky part too, is usually when you realize you're dreaming, soon you wake up. But if you can realize it and stay in the dream, that's when I'm able to control my dreams. It's usually never for long though.

Say, if I'm flying and I'm doing it on purpose, eventually I just start falling slowly to the ground. Or I really hate it when I'm killing zombies or something and the shotgun I have is working great at first but after a few shots it's broken.

I found this article interesting too, about sleep paralysis.

Firstly, why here?
That being said I've had a few after learning the basic principles (journals, reality tests, bla bla bla) and after the first few times I maintained calm enough to stay in the dream world.
Honestly I didn't see the fuss about it - sure I can be god for a few hours but so what? maybe I just never really got into that.

Oh and I agree Dyret. The ability to spew out words phonetically is lost on a forum ;)
