Looking at New Conquests with DA (July 20, 2000)

LOAF noted that Gamecenter has recently posted an interview with Chris Roberts here primarily on the upcoming Conquest, but with a brief mention of Privateer 2 and Warthog. Roberts also talks about the 'Lancers (Star and Free) and the possibility of X-box games from Digital Anvil. Overall it's a bit more PR and a bit less new content.

GC: StarLancer is obviously out. And it kind of got a mixed reception... C. R.: You guys hated it. [Gamecenter rated the game a 5 out of 10.]GC: Yes, we've heard about that. C. R.: The way I would look at StarLancer is that if you like the Wing Commander-style of game,it's a good implementation but it's not going to give you anything revolutionary or new...
