I'll guess this is an attempt at making the Landreich's flag, but it's missing the blue circle to go with the red St. Andrews' Cross.

False Colors p. 105 "The flag of the Landreich dominated one entire wall, a white cross of saint andrew on a black starfield impaled by an upright sword, with the motto "Freedom Through Strength" below."

I'm trying to make the an FRLN emblem (for some texturing purposes), the only books I have are False colors, Fleet Action and End Run, so this is the only description of FRL flag I have to work with…

I didn't got to the motto just yet, but it coming…
 
That's correct for the flag - the red and blue one is the emblem on the fighters (or rather *not* on the fighters, since they were painted stealth black).
 
Here's the relevant quote from Fleet Action: "Most of the ships were painted Stealth black without identification numbers or even the blue circle and red Saint Andrew's cross of the Landreich."
 
Cool, I need some Landreich liveries for the WCU project... Right now the only one I have is a retextured Gratha with modern Luftwaffe emblems for some reason.
